Please note that the reliance on any vehicle history report when purchasing a vehicle is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for any purchases you make in reliance on our reports.
A refund can only be issued if the following two conditions are met:
- The request for a refund is made within 3 days following the purchase.
- The reason for the refund is considered valid according to our policy.
Valid reasons for a refund include:
- Receiving an empty report,
- Being charged twice for the identical report,
Invalid refund reasons:
- Inaccuracies in a report,
- Incomplete report,
- Untimely report,
- Failing to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Please note that the pricing are clearly agreed upon before the purchase, and these terms are also detailed on the purchase page and within our terms and conditions. If you find your refund reason to be valid, please email us with the necessary details with the following information to info@karinspection.com:
- Email Subject: Refund request
- Your e-mail
- Vehicle VIN number
- Reason for the refund
- Your Name
- Your Surname
- Date of purchase
- Method of payment
- Your PayPal transaction ID or last 4 digits of your credit or debit card
